Fiore Canopy Bed
This modern hideaway in the canopy of the trees is a 15-meter upscale treehouse. With a contemporary open-air and circular facade the ‘Rona Retreat immerses visitors into the heart of nature.
Featuring a green roof, green building materials, and a unique sustainable design, the surrounding natural elements are not harmed or removed from the design – instead, perched on parametric stilts, the home sits in complete harmony with its surroundings.
A modern design solution created to make a bold artistic impact in a tall room. The sleek modern lines serve for a visually appealing backdrop while providing a subtle sound barrier for privacy in a B&B located in centro Firenze, Italy.
Inspired by the Cypress trees and strong lines of the Tuscan landscape the bed was designed in AutoCad and actualized in 3Ds Max.
The Fiore Canopy Bed is tall and mighty.
The design incorporates an inexpensive building technique including Dados, Mortise, and Tendons as well as a simple Dowel system in it’s build. Easily manufactured and assembled, the bed can be set up by a novice builder in a short time.
