Selected as finalist for Coca Center of Contemporary Artists Design Competition I explored the design of a chair using basic geometric shapes and forms until I landed on a shape that was both ergonomic and celebrated smooth lines. A lounge by nature the chair provides the perfect outdoor seating for public spaces. Created in acrylic (or wood) the chair provides seating for one to three people, provides a fun surface for antsy children and can be adorned in any color combination both translucent and finished.   

INTERIOR DESIGN We have expandable tables, but why no expandable chairs? Truth is. It’s not as easy as it looks. After months of research, study and design styles the glider was born. A fully expandable chair that is designed for one, but works perfectly for two. A modern design solution created to make a bold artistic impact in a tall room. The sleek modern lines serve for a visually appealing backdrop while providing a subtle sound barrier for privacy in a B&B located in centro Firenze, Italy. Inspired by the Cypress trees and strong lines of the Tuscan landscape the bed was designed in AutoCad and actualized in 3Ds Max. The Fiore Canopy Bed is tall and mighty. The design incorporates an inexpensive building technique including Dados, Mortise, and Tendons as well as a simple Dowel system

In this group project, we developed a visually appealing design for high-end exhibition clientele, with environmental impact in mind. The modular design, created entirely with sustainable sea plastics, can be used as a singular unit or can be expanded to multiple units, each fitting together to create a perfect puzzle.
